Intentional school philosophy

If school leaders want to improve students’ academic achievement and personal development, they need to create an ‘Intentional’ school culture that builds excellence and character.

In the book “Building an Intentional School Culture,” the authors propose the theory to bring diverse ideas and beliefs together, intentionally, to help students achieve personal as well as academic growth. These ideas can come from students, teachers, other staff members or from the parents.
