Sit

There are immense benefits of sitting cross legged on the floor. It improves not only the physical health but also an emotional, mental and spiritual sense of wellbeing. In yoga, this posture is called the Sukhasana, which is a Sanskrit word  meaning “a posture of comfort” in simple words.
